LEARN MORE
My Services, Role & Scope of Work

My name is Łukasz. Since 2014 I've been connected to the automotive industry and motorsport — both personally and professionally. From 2018 I held a management position at BMG Tuning. Today I still collaborate with my former team, but I've also carved out space for my own ventures, projects and the many partnerships and contacts I've cultivated over the years in the automotive world.

Thanks to my extensive experience, in-depth market knowledge, countless completed projects and the challenges I've encountered — my own and those of my clients — as well as a broad network of contacts, I identified a gap in the market I'm determined to fill. What is it exactly?

An ecosystem — consulting, holistic client support at every level. In the world of tuning and automotive modifications, most people have to wade through mountains of information, opinions, dealers, claims and often contradictory advice.

AI won't help you here either — it can only provide narrow recommendations, leaving you alone in the real world, exposed to bad decisions, scams, disappointment and aggressive marketing.

You could spend days searching for the right tuning shop, service center or dream car — and still regret it in the end. That's where I come in — ready to advise, help, source the best products at the best prices and warn you about pitfalls. Together we'll execute the project at my facility, with my team or at a partner workshop. I'll take care of not only your car's modifications or service, but also help you buy that one perfect car, protect your investment and ultimately your peace of mind. I collaborate with companies, workshops, engineers, designers and manufacturers in Poland and worldwide, so the scope of what I can do is truly vast.

I run my own online shop, so to start I'll advise you, help you order the right product and recommend the right places, workshops, mechanics, specialists and manufacturers. I'll personally handle most things with my team and partners, and for the rest I can be an invaluable source of information and savings in time and money.

Want mechanical modifications? I'll source the right parts from my shop, fulfill the order and assist with installation.

Want chiptuning, ECU/TCU tuning or a STAGE2/STAGE3 build? No problem — we can do it together or I'll point you to the right specialists for your specific brand.

Looking for a custom solution that doesn't exist on the market? Not a problem. We'll build a custom exhaust, wheels, suspension, carbon package or interior. I have the best specialists in the country for exactly that.

Want detailing or a vinyl wrap? I can help with that too!

Want solid service on your sports, luxury or classic car without fear of being cheated? Hand me the keys and none of those problems will touch you. My mechanics and I will run diagnostics, prepare a full report, quote and handle all mechanical work.

Want to buy a dream sports car, luxury vehicle or exotic — new or used? Excellent! My partners and team will search the market, compare offers, inspect the car's full history and current condition in every detail — and for a new car, I can assist with leasing too.

Have a classic you want to modify, or want to buy a ready restomod? Perfect — I love classic cars and have the resources to make your dream a reality.

Are you a businessperson with limited time who wants someone to manage your collection? I'm here. With full discretion, no social media fanfare, I can maintain the technical condition and appearance of your prized cars — service, tuning, detailing — all ready before your weekend drive. You don't even need to bring them to me. Door-to-door premium service, full discretion and anonymity, with the car picked up and returned from wherever you are. It saves your time and lets me work with automotive icons. That's enough for me!

My primary role is caring for your satisfaction with the transaction, car or collection — as well as your own wellbeing, wallet and safety. Secondly, it's simply consulting, helping you choose the right parts and specifications for your car — matching your style, needs and expectations — plus technical, substantive and project support, including selecting the right service provider.

Honestly, we both win — this is a classic win-win with no exploitation. I advise, do what I love, live and breathe cars, and earn a living. You benefit from my knowledge, experience, contacts, recommendations and honesty. In the end you save time, money, stress and unnecessary frustration. No more divided responsibility, scammers or half-truths.

Anyone who has made a bad purchasing decision in the past — or worse, been cheated by a workshop, mechanic, tuning company, dealer or contractor — will appreciate this. I've been in this market for years, I work with the best specialists in their fields, I tie everything together into one ecosystem, eliminate all risk and sign my name to every action. I am the face of all this — a one-man army taking full responsibility. For everything.

It's my honest indication of the target group my expert services are aimed at — in terms of my specialization, products, service quality, pricing and experience. Every client matters to me, but I'm fully aware I'm not the ideal contact for everyone. In terms of the vehicle's value, specifics, tuning level, mechanics, modifications, pricing and client expectations — this is a different level entirely. I work exclusively with premium-grade components and the highest quality services — advisory, service and tuning — so my client won't be someone looking for shortcuts or with a very limited budget. That said, this doesn't exclude my recommendations — any car enthusiast is welcome to reach out!

Definitely in the situations I described above. I don't handle inquiries about standard, everyday cars whose only purpose is getting from A to B — which, incidentally, I also own personally. That's not my target. I don't work with electric vehicles (with the exception of custom aerodynamic wheels or body kits, detailing or vinyl wraps, which do make sense there). I don't offer cheap replacement parts, low-budget mechanical services or low-quality tuning products. I don't tolerate half-measures — sensible savings are a different story, and I'll advise on those myself — nor a lack of respect for my time. Please reach out only if you're genuinely interested in what I offer. We only have 24 hours in a day. Remember that!

I'd start by saying: I know what I'm talking about. That I treat every cent of my clients' money with the same care as my own. That within any given project I insist on the same level of service and quality as I would for my own car. That I put their wellbeing on par with my own and personally stand behind every action and recommendation. That I'll be honest if I think a client's vision doesn't fully align with realistic expectations — rather than celebrate another signed contract. That I love challenges and ambitious projects. That I value the highest standards of collaboration. And that my good name, honor and commitment to my personal reputation mean more to me than any invoice. If you identify with my approach to business, to me as a person and to the automotive world at large — welcome to my world. Become my client!

Car Tuning & Modifications

For power and performance parameters, it all depends on the specific model and its configuration — and increasingly on the year and the market it was built for, particularly the distinction between EU and non-EU specification cars.

If you're talking purely about power, considering only ECU and TCU programming work (increasingly requiring unlocking on post-2020 models), prices start from around PLN 3,500 net for a basic tune, up to PLN 10,000 net for dual-controller models that also require unlocking — such as BMW M Power models (M5/M8/X5M/X6M) with the 4.4 V8 Biturbo post-2020, where the unlock alone costs around €1,000.

As a rule of thumb, the average cost of basic ECU/TCU modifications is around PLN 5,000 net. If you want a quote tailored to your car, reach out to me and I'll prepare one.

Modifications typically cover mechanical aspects such as exhaust, cooling and brake systems, and visual elements like carbon aero packages or forged lightweight alloy wheels. In the premium segment, typical budgets range from around PLN 12,000 net for stainless steel exhaust systems up to PLN 40,000 net for titanium variants.

Cooling systems range from around PLN 4,000 to PLN 15,000 net; brake systems start from PLN 8,000 net and can reach PLN 70,000+ for a Big Brake Kit setup. Carbon packages vary similarly — a single DTM-style carbon wing might be PLN 8,000 net, but a full package can easily reach PLN 60,000 net or more on exotics like Ferrari or Lamborghini.

On average, premium car tuning requires between PLN 15,000 and PLN 50,000 net, but for specific models or demanding clients the range can be three times wider. A sensible starting budget should be around 10% of the car's current value. The sky is genuinely the limit in this industry. If you want an optimal quote with my recommendation, write or call me — there's no need to overpay, just choose wisely.

Yes and no. As a general rule, any modification to the stock ECU software voids the warranty. Full stop.

However, depending on the modification, there are ways to preserve it — through appropriately chosen components, packages or products such as verified emulators or external control units (e.g. a powerbox that raises stock power without touching the ECU).

There is also a range of mechanical modifications that have absolutely no impact on the warranty while improving the car in multiple ways — including TCU (gearbox) modifications, cat-back / OPF & GPF-back exhaust configurations, cooling, intake and suspension upgrades. Not to mention wheel changes and purely visual aspects — though caution is warranted in certain cases there too. If you want a fully safe tuning offer, reach out to me.

Without hesitation: modifications related to power, sound and overall aesthetics. A power increase, a race exhaust, lowering with upgraded suspension and new wheels or carbon aero elements are the core tuning upgrades that most directly affect the driving experience and perception of the car.

Acceleration, engine note, handling responsiveness and carbon jewelry genuinely elevate a car — but if you ask me what single level of modification you'll feel the most behind the wheel: economically, go STAGE1. If you want to unlock your car's real potential with a bigger budget, go STAGE2, without hesitation. STAGE3 I leave for the ultra-obsessed or those heading into motorsport, because in everyday road use you simply won't use what it offers.

Of course it can! Is every sport right for every body? Everything depends on good judgment, process and choosing the right solutions — executed by a qualified team of mechanics and experts. Mistakes are easy to make at every stage.

Tuning can be harmful — and doubly expensive for you — if it's done with the wrong components and the wrong people. Not every car is suited for every tuning level, from ECU changes to mechanical modifications. There are dependencies and configurations to avoid entirely! I'll always tell you honestly about those when you contact me, looking out for your car, your wallet and above all — your nerves.

It all starts with your desire to modify your car and a conversation with me. Everything that follows can be broken down into clear steps.

Step 1 — Audit of your needs and expectations
At this stage I analyze your needs and dreams. I listen carefully, understand the goal and the rationale behind it.

Step 2 — Consulting and selection of the right products, solutions and scope
You don't need to know cars inside out. Once I know what you want, I select the right dedicated and custom products and solutions that will realize the project based on my audit. And ones that fit the budget. I create a priority list and an optional actions list, plus my main recommendation — one that, thanks to my experience, will meet your needs and fit within the planned budget. Where we can save money, we will. Where it's worth spending more, I'll point that out too — always in the interest of not overpaying, and not cutting corners where it counts.

Step 3 — Acceptance of quote, recommendation and budget, and order fulfillment
Once we've tailored the offer and made the final parts selection, I take care of the order. I also handle all formalities — shipping, customs, tax clearances. Or booking the production slot for custom orders.

Step 4 — Installation visit, tuning or mechanical service
When the parts arrive or the custom order is ready, we schedule the final installation visit — the day your automotive dreams come true. The appointment is of course set well in advance, aligned with your schedule and the estimated delivery date.

In tuning industry terminology, this classification indicates the scope of planned modifications.

STAGE1 is essentially another name for "chiptuning" without mechanical modifications — typically raising power at the ECU level, with optional TCU changes, sometimes combined with an external powerbox. This usually ranges from PLN 3,000 to PLN 10,000 net for exotic, luxury or ultra-sport cars.

STAGE2 adds mechanical modifications — this is classical, most common tuning. Beyond a power increase, it involves removing restrictive elements and bottlenecks that strangle the car: stock catalysts, GPF and OPF filters, excessive muffling, restrictive exhaust diameters, inefficient cooling or factory intake elements. Scope typically ranges from PLN 20,000 to PLN 60,000 net depending on the model. STAGE2 usually includes ECU and TCU tuning, exhaust, intake and cooling modifications — and the associated reprogramming to match the new setup (deleting cat codes, disabling OPF/GPF sensors, removing factory limiters).

STAGE3 is a completely different level — every change triggers the next, involving advanced modifications to critical components. The goal is always an extreme power increase, requiring not only ECU tuning and mechanical changes but a meticulously engineered plan to reinforce the engine internals and support the power gain. It demands upgraded cooling, intake, fuel systems and often upgraded brakes, suspension and drivetrain reinforcement to put extreme power to the road. In extreme cases it also requires weight reduction and aero packages.

Quite the opposite! A properly done chiptuning on a petrol car does not increase consumption — it can actually reduce it through better engine flexibility, improved power delivery and optimized automatic gearbox behavior! For diesel cars, savings can reach up to 2L per 100km; for petrol cars around 1L. Note that fuel quality matters — I always advise my clients not to skimp on fuel, because despite what the pump price suggests, running cheap fuel consistently doesn't pay off in the long run.

Chiptuning involves direct modifications to the ECU engine controller or TCU gearbox controller, while a powerbox is an external control unit that typically modifies only a few parameters — usually fuel pressure and boost pressure. The key differences: professionally done chiptuning (direct software and map modification in the control units) is more effective and precise, but requires more work and may affect warranty on newer cars. An external box can be less effective — manufacturers' claimed gains sometimes differ from real-world results — but it's the only option if the car is still under dealership warranty. From available products I personally recommend JB4 and RaceChip first. Is a powerbox worth it? Yes, if you have no alternative. In every other case, direct ECU changes will always be more effective, reliable and precise. One more tip: any box on the market with "custom tuning" claims is marketing fiction — every plug-and-play product uses preset maps with no real tuning capability. New cars also increasingly have TCU limiters that, when modified, can dramatically wake the car up without affecting the warranty — particularly BMW and VAG models with ZF and DSG gearboxes.

Yes and no. Generally speaking: any mechanical changes that affect sensor readings monitored by the ECU — various probes, the computer and sensors — usually require a corresponding update to the engine management software. Changed parameters can trigger "check engine" errors, power reduction, torque limitation or idle fluctuations. So ECU modifications are most often needed when modifying the front sections of the exhaust and replacing stock catalysts, OPF and GPF filters — the parts related broadly to emissions. However, most plug-and-play tuning parts don't require software intervention — cat-back / OPF / GPF-back exhausts, intake systems and upgraded cooling are bolt-on and work without a remap.

Custom Modifications on Individual Order

Yes, absolutely. I'll help modify your classic, improve its appearance, sound and handling. We can tackle wheels, lowering, suspension, interior and upholstery. Custom components are no problem. And we'll finish it off with a perfect paint job, down to every last detail! If you want to restyle your classic tastefully, with the highest quality components and attention to every detail — you've come to the right place. Just reach out and we can get started!

I specialize in consulting and sales of tuning and performance parts for premium cars. Together with my team we install ordered parts, perform ECU and TCU modifications, verify logs and parameters, and measure power on the dyno.

My work in this market has revealed niches in many areas where I regularly need to source products with non-standard specifications or configurations. Most often these are exhaust systems in configurations unavailable on the market, forged aluminum or magnesium alloy wheels with unique designs and specs, track suspension components, interior design and upholstery, or carbon aero elements. World-class in terms of finish and quality. And if you happen to own a boat and want to replace its upholstery? No problem. We'll figure it out.

The dedicated set doesn't exist, or the stock configuration doesn't quite meet your expectations? Maybe it's missing something — active valves, carbon or titanium tips? Too loud? Too quiet? Resonating? If any of these questions cross either of our minds, a custom exhaust is the best solution for you.

My process: first, an audit of the client's needs. Second, the car model and specification. Third, a market analysis aligned with my recommendation and the client's expectations — or the lack of a suitable product.

Once I've completed the audit, I know exactly what sonic and functional result the client is after. I'll always try to find a dedicated off-the-shelf solution first — simpler and faster. But when that's not possible, I plan a configuration that reflects the client's expectations and my vision for the sound character, functionality and aesthetics. With a fully custom exhaust, anything goes — stainless or ultra-light titanium base; zero-valve or active valve setup; full-flow/catless front sections or with 100/200/300 CPSI sport cats. Tip material: steel, chrome, titanium, carbon. Optionally we can add thermal coating to significantly reduce under-hood temperatures — something I often strongly recommend. As you can see, a custom exhaust isn't only driven by lack of availability. Often it's the result of the audit, parameters, pricing or configuration that an available producer offers — which don't fully match your expectations or my recommendation. If I know the dedicated set will be too quiet, too loud, miss part of the planned configuration or have tips you won't like — I'll sort out the ideal custom sports exhaust configuration for you without hesitation, book the production slot and brief the manufacturer for the best possible outcome.

Want to highlight your project's character with a unique look without off-the-shelf wheel designs? Or maybe your dream set costs a fortune and you're looking for alternatives? No problem. Together with my engineer-designer, we'll design a custom set of forged wheels for you — aluminum or ultra-light magnesium alloy. Premium level, exclusively. We'll ensure proper fitment, take measurements, produce a design and visualization. You set the direction — we give it its final form. With this service, sky is literally the limit: design, mounting, material, specs — everything designed from scratch. Choose from Daily / Luxury / PRO-formance series in monoblock (one-piece) or two-piece / three-piece forged configurations. Available materials: forged aluminum, magnesium alloys, titanium and carbon. After design approval we place the production order, handle shipping to Poland and assist with tire selection, balancing and installation.

Do you track your car? Or did you lower it and ended up unhappy with how it handles? Car kinematics and geometry are unforgiving — every change triggers another, and proper setup requires deep engineering knowledge, not just product selection (shocks, springs, full coilover) but real expertise. That's exactly why so many people complain about handling after a suspension change. If you don't want to make a mistake, leave the entire process to us: from product selection, through custom component manufacturing for your car, installation and alignment. An ex-F1 engineer will be behind it all — so you're in good hands.

Have a classic? Bought a sports or luxury car and want to transform the interior — because it needs restoration, or simply because you want to? No problem. Interior car design — from concept to execution at a world-class level. Seats, benches, buckets, dashboard, headliner, door cards. Leather, alcantara, perforations, stitching, carbon, aluminum, wood, titanium. Whatever you envision can become the interior of your car! And what about a motorcycle? A boat? A yacht? With me, your possibilities are far greater. Simple upholstery repair, leave to the upholsterers. Here we can create something more.

Consulting, Car Buying & Selling Assistance

Yes, absolutely. Years in the industry and an extensive network of contacts, backed by deep market knowledge, mean I can execute even the most unusual or non-standard projects and commissions with you. I can help buy a car, prepare it for sale and find a buyer. I'll secure attractive purchase conditions or financing. I'll also look after target service, appearance, detailing and interior.

Yes, I'm happy to help. You can leverage my sales, marketing and promotional experience — all of which align with my skills and capabilities here. If you have a sports, luxury, exotic or classic car, my assistance can cover several key areas: pre-sale service, detailing and diagnostics with full documentation to legitimize your offer. I'll handle a professional photoshoot, video production and copywriting — not AI-generated, but personally written, because I know what drives buying psychology and methodology. I'll also tap my contact network and search for a buyer on my own. If you're wondering how to sell a car quickly — it's not easy. But I know what to do to increase the chances. If you want, I can even handle inquiries from potential buyers to save your time and nerves. I work in sales every day, so if your car aligns with my quality standards, I'll gladly take care of its sale at every level.

Planning to buy a car but overwhelmed by the process? Worried you'll step on a hidden mine? Completely understandable. Spending hundreds of thousands — in zloty or euros — on your passion for cars, without technical knowledge and markers to avoid a costly mistake, carries real risk. Hire me for your search. I'll do the market research, drive out, inspect, test. I'll check the history, documentation and actual condition. We can also have the car inspected by my specialists and give you a confident recommendation or a clear warning. This way you can save significant time and money — especially if your work and time are worth more than a "road trip to check a car" or grinding through listings. I'm happy to help you buy your dream car domestically or abroad.

Especially for premium, sports, exotic or classic cars — the rule should always be the same: never alone, and never through generic VIN search tools for a few dozen zloty. I strongly advise against cutting corners on car verification.

Full vehicle history verification means: records from domestic and European databases — insurance events, registration history, country of original sale, market configuration match. That's just the start before a physical inspection. For investment classics, authenticity of numbers and documentation is critical. For premium cars and exotics, an ECU diagnostic readout is essential — verifying engine condition, compression analysis and key components like turbos, gearbox and drivetrain behavior. I also recommend a dyno run and full log diagnostics. That's where all the previous owner's sins are hidden — cleared fault codes, software modifications, wiped error tables. Add a physical inspection under the car — floor, corrosion sources, fluid leaks. Brake system, suspension and tyre condition. Every overlooked defect can cost you tens of thousands. Such a car analysis may cost around PLN 1,500–2,000 net plus advisor fees — but is that really a shocking amount for peace of mind and a fully informed purchase decision on a car worth hundreds of thousands? If you'd like expert help verifying your dream car, I'm here.

EU market — simplest and fastest option. No customs duties within the single European market; logistics takes days to three weeks depending on location and transport method. Real costs beyond the car price: transport from Western Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Benelux) averages PLN 2,500–6,000 depending on distance and method (dedicated vs. grouped transport). Excise duty — and this is the trap many miss: +3.1% of value for engines up to 2,000 cc, +18.6% for engines over 2,000 cc. For sports cars, exotics and luxury cars with large engines — which is obviously the case here — this item can be a nasty surprise. Registration, document translation and technical inspection typically add PLN 1,500–2,500.

Japan — more complex process, higher operating costs, but justified for exotic models unavailable in the EU, and for sports, luxury and classic cars. Sea freight Japan → Europe (Bremerhaven/Rotterdam): PLN 4,500–9,000 depending on method (dedicated container vs. RoRo). Plus customs and tax charges: 10% customs duty on CIF value (car + freight + insurance); excise duty 3.1% or 18.6% as above; VAT 23% on customs value + duty + excise. Via the German port of Bremerhaven, VAT is 19% — this is the standard route and the difference on expensive cars is meaningful. Auction and local Japanese fees typically add 5–8% of the bid price. Summary: total operating costs beyond the car price in Japan are realistically 55–60% of vehicle value for engines over 2,000 cc.

USA — often a misleading "bargain" offering "incredible deals" on damaged, accident, flood, hail or vandalism vehicles — mainly from insurance companies on Copart and IAAI. I personally don't go looking for deals there. Exception: classics and cars currently unavailable in Europe with a clean title, offered by local dealers or private sellers — and then it makes sense. Budget for transport and customs is roughly similar to Japan mathematically. In all cases it's safe to add +50% to the car's starting price, plus an expert advisor fee of up to 10% of the transaction value.

I also offer car selling assistance to my clients. How does it work? If you have a premium, sports, classic or exotic car, I'll execute a series of actions to support your sale — both directly and indirectly. The fundamental element is content, history and hard evidence. I'll prepare the car for sale with auto-detailing, compile comprehensive documentation covering the vehicle's history, current service, diagnostics, condition and a transparent list of any recommendations or notices from a visit to my team's workshop. I'll conduct a professional photoshoot, shoot a pro-sale video. I'll write compelling copy — personally, not with AI — because I know what drives sales psychology and methodology. I'll then put the word out through my contact network and search for a buyer directly. If you're wondering how to sell a car quickly — it's not easy. But I know what it takes to improve the chances. If you'd like, I can also handle incoming inquiries from potential buyers so you don't waste your time and nerves on tire-kickers. I work in sales every day, so if your car aligns with my quality standards, I'll gladly take full care of its sale at every level.

Logistics & Cooperation

It depends on which area of my specialization, knowledge or experience you want to use. Reach out to me if you're planning to purchase a tuning product, have it installed, or need the associated tuning or ECU/gearbox reprogramming — even an unlock. I can also service your car and offer both standard and completely non-standard modifications and automotive services. Get in touch and we'll discuss the details.

I know from experience that wealthy individuals with collections of classics, luxury, sports or exotic cars don't always want to be in the spotlight. They're far from the center of attention and don't flaunt their status. Money and peace of mind love silence — and I completely understand that. If you don't want any noise around your car, we'll handle its modification or service under ultra-discreet conditions, including door-to-door without any marketing activity around the planned work. Your car will be in good hands, without fanfare, photos, videos or social media posts about it. Just ask me, and I'll take care of the rest.

My clients are most often people running their own businesses with very limited time. It's for them that I offer door-to-door service — all you need to do is hand me the keys and I'll take care of the rest. I'll gladly look after your car or even your entire collection. Service, detailing, modifications and tuning — all without you leaving the house. With complete peace of mind, saving your time and money. And the comfort of knowing your valuable toys are in the best possible hands — you won't be cheated, you won't overpay, and the work will be done properly.

This is where it gets interesting — the answer depends on the type of service. My scale of operation is regional, national and global, depending on what you need. If you want to order a product online, I can ship anywhere in the world. If you need installation service — which I strongly recommend — I invite you to Wrocław, same for mechanical work, service and detailing. For complex door-to-door projects, car buying/verification commissions or custom work, the topic is much more nuanced and requires my consultation. Which I warmly encourage you to request.

Absolutely — I have clients from all across Poland. Location doesn't matter much, especially for online orders where products ship directly to any address. For other services, everything is a matter of individual discussion and arrangement.

Provide the car's VIN and key data: make / model / year / engine / power / production date / displacement and drivetrain. Tell me or write what you're looking for. In return you'll receive a list of dedicated or custom solutions, a quote with my recommendation and optimal choice suggestion.

You'll then receive information on product availability, order lead time and shipping. After accepting the terms you'll receive a payment document to begin the ordering process. You'll also get the option of having the product installed and any additional work associated with the modification — note: excluding custom services like individual wheels, suspension, exhaust or upholstery, which involve significantly more sales processes.

We define the scope — tuning, modifications, service or detailing. We agree on terms, sign the relevant documents and I pick up your car — on its wheels or by tow truck.

The car comes back in perfect condition with the service completed exactly as originally agreed. No hidden costs. Zero stress. Absolute certainty about the scope of work — because you'll have already received appropriate documentation from me, such as photos and video of the work performed, if those were key elements of the chosen service.
